Y series is a fully enclosed self-fan cooling cage type three-phase asynchronous motor for general use. The three-phase asynchronous motor stator three-phase winding is the circuit part of the asynchronous motor, which plays a very important role in the operation of the asynchronous motor and is the key component for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. The structure of the three-phase winding of the stator is symmetrical. Generally, six outgoing terminals are placed in the junction box outside the frame, and are connected into a star (Y) or a triangle according to the needs. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low power consumption, good performance, low noise, small vibration, small size, light weight, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. The relationship between power level and installation size conforms to international general standards, which is convenient for foreign trade export and imported equipment.

The motor is widely used in general agricultural and industrial and mining enterprises to drive machinery that has no special requirements for slip and other properties, such as water pumps. Blowers, transport machinery, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, metal cutting machine tools, mixers, rice mills, pulverizers, etc. Since the motor has good starting performance, it is also suitable for some machines that have higher requirements on starting torque, such as some compressors.

The insulation grade of the motor adopts B-class insulation, the enclosure protection grade is IP44, and the cooling method is IC0141.

When the ambient temperature of the motor does not exceed +40°C and the altitude does not exceed 1000m, the temperature rise of the stator windings measured by resistance method does not exceed 80°C.

The motor has a continuous rating based on continuous duty (S1), a constant voltage of 380V, a rated frequency of 50HZ, Y connection for 3kw and below, and △ connection for 4kw and above. Three-phase asynchronous motors should generally be equipped with fault protection devices, such as thermal protection devices, motor electronic protectors, etc., and the setting value of the protection device should be adjusted according to the motor nameplate current. If the motor load is relatively stable, in order to better protect the motor, the setting value of the protection device can be adjusted according to the actual working current of the motor.

The motor generally has only one shaft extension, if the user needs double shaft extension, it can also be ordered according to special order. Two shaft extensions only allow coupling transmission. It can also supply extra-voltage motors according to user needs, such as 220/380, 200/340, 346/600, 380/660V. The frequency can be made 60HZ, the rotation speed can be made into single-speed, double-speed, multi-speed, and the motor with special requirements such as moisture-proof, mildew-proof, humid tropical or outdoor type, explosion-proof type, and increased safety type.
